Wedding Event Hire is a massive part of our business particularly with The Little Tipple Vans! and we’ve been involved in some amazing days. We have also set-up & provided our mobile bars at some fantastic locations including; barns, yurts, village halls, gardens, stately homes, marquees, tipi’s, hotels and farms.

Our Wedding Event Hire bars aim to fit every theme and location and we enjoy nothing more than helping create  your dream vision.

Option 1

Dry Bar Hire

We supply staff, bar(s) (don’t forget tippy if required?), glassware, fridges, back bars and all the necessary drink making equipment. We will even bring the kitchen sink depending on where your special day will be!

This option is based on the client providing the stock, but we will be happy to help with the shopping.

Option 2

Cash Bar Hire

One most pollara options. We supply a full bar service (don’t forget tippy if required?) including beer, cider, ale, wine, cocktails, fizz, spirit & mixers and soft drinks in addition to all that is listed in the dry hire option.

There is a minimum spend on the day which is determined on the length of service and how many guests are in attendance. After you have reached the minimum spend, we will happily refund your deposit.

All drinks are priced reasonably and we encourage your input to the stock list – especially when it comes to the cocktails.

Option 3

Price Per Head

With everything listed in event option 1, we add the following as well:

  • Glass of fizz on arrival – With Tippy
  • Cocktail menu
  • Beers, cider and ale (if requested)
  • A range of spirit and mixers and soft drinks.

We will provide a price per head depending on the number of guests and the length of service. Sorry but the minimum number of guests for this service is 75.

Option 4

Gin or Cocktail Bar Hire
We can provide a Gin or Cocktail bar service for Weddings. Our Cocktail Bar has a number of options, ranging from the client purchasing a quantity of cocktails to us providing a cocktail service which meets your requirements.

Gin Bar

The Gin Bar is completely unique to The Little Tipple Van in conjunction with The Mad Platter. Guests can get involved with making their own G&T, choosing from our wide variety of premium gins and garnishes.

The Gin Bar Hire Service is completely unique to us. Guests can get up close and personal with the gins and garnishes and be part of making their chosen Gin & Tonic.

Using 100+ Gins from around the world, customers can experience a variety and discover their favourite gin.

All the key ingredients to a perfect Gin & Tonic are situated within the bar for ease of service.

These include: balloons, ice, garnishes and tonics and many other varieties of ingredients.

Our Bar is able to hire with or without a “Gintender”.

If you would like to manage the bar yourself we will supply everything you need.

What can we provide for your Corporate Event?

Experienced bartenders, a full extensive cocktail menu and selection of other drinks tailored to your occasion.

We have a range of professional bars which can be personalised to our client’s requirements and needs, making them stand out at a multitude of events.

We are able to provide a full bar service throughout the UK & don’t forget Tippy!

Bar & Equipment Hire

We have a large range of customisable bar equipment for hire to match your event and vision.

Our bars (and Tippy!) not only look fantastic but more importantly, provide everything your bartenders need for providing an easy and seamless service.

As standard, they come with ice , rails, sinks and shelves to create generous storage space. The bars can be set up in a number of configurations in order to match the volume and speed of service required for your event.

Our Cantilever bar hire ranges from 2 metres to 12 metres and can be shaped with returns, as an L-shape or as an island – and for that added sparkle we can customise the bar graphics to make them unique to your event.

All our bars and equipment are available for short and long term hire.


Bar Hire
We can supply LED bars which come in 1.5 metre sections. They also have ice wells, speed rails and shelving as standard. Corner sections allow for various shapes to be formed in order to make the most out of the event space

Our wooden bar also comes in 1.5 metre sections. It looks fantastic in rustic settings and they have been part of many great events in Yurts, Tipi’s and Marquees. They come with ice wells, speed rails and shelving as standard.

We have a range of dispense options from real ale pumps to multiple line beer dispense. We can advise with the purchasing of products or can supply as part of a package. Minimum volumes apply for draught beer dispense.

Hen / Stag Parties

From city centre apartments to Centre Parcs, we have served at some fantastic parties. We have a number of packages available for you.

We’ll make the drinks as your designated bartenders, or you can get stuck in to one of our masterclasses.  Either way, it usually ends up with a lot of you behind the bar having a great time drinking!

All that we require from you is the location of the hen party, how many guests will be attending and what sort of drinks you would like on your bespoke menu.

We’ll sort out the best package for you, and with our wide range of professional mobile cocktail bars, we can set-up wherever your party may be.

Our highly skilled cocktail bartenders will be on hand to meet the requests of all your guests – all you need to worry about is what drink to try next! Enjoy!

House Parties / BBQ

In 2016 I was asked to make cocktails for a friend’s engagement party. Since then, house parties have been a major part of what we do! We love being welcomed into people’s homes and serving their guests with the finest cocktails and drinks.

The Little Tipple Van (Don’t forget Tippy!) l has been providing high quality libations for many special occasions over the years. We’ve travelled far and wide across areas such as London, Manchester, The Isle or Wight, Cardiff and we can set ourselves up to meet your vision – whether that is the kitchen, the garden, the garage or even on the driveway!

We have a number of event options available for house parties and are happy to discuss any ideas you may have.

A lot of our clients like to provide the drinks and we provide the service.

We supply the bars, glassware and equipment required to serve your drinks of choice to your guests – and we can help with a shopping list too!

Let’s add the cocktails!  as above but we bring the ingredients for the cocktails with us and charge per cocktail made. We love working with our clients to produce a cocktail menu bespoke to their party.
